Boxercise

 This is one of my favourites classes.The   workout uses the entire body, here's just a few examples of exercise which are included boxercise circuits. Push-ups, shadow boxing, pad work. These  help you burn more calories than traditional exercises and best of all the boxercise training if for everyone.

Circuits

Another full body workout in 30 minutes or less.You get many benefits including muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout.You can also work at your own pace. Here's just a few examples of circuit  training exercises, squat jumps, burpees,skipping, free weights and body weight exercises.

Bootcamps

Bootcamps offers many benefits. These include being able to train indoor and outdoors,helps with weight loss and builds confidence. Here's a few exercises which i use for bootcamp, shuttle runs, body weight cardio drills,core work and functional training.
